Commitments
At Elle-Events Management, we believe that beauty and kindness should never go to waste. Every wedding we plan is filled with joy, love, and stunning floral arrangements. Yet, once the celebration ends, these flowers often have no purpose beyond the event. We saw an opportunity to transform this surplus into something deeply meaningful, a gesture of hope and care for women who may not receive flowers from loved ones.
Blossom with Elle-Events Management is a charitable initiative (2026) designed to repurpose leftover wedding flowers and deliver them to women in need of encouragement and compassion. These women may be young or elderly, survivors of domestic abuse, or simply individuals facing loneliness and hardship. A simple bouquet can brighten a day, restore dignity, and remind someone that they are valued.
How It Works
Collection
After each wedding, Elle-Events Management will gather leftover floral arrangements.
Preparation
Flowers will be refreshed and arranged into bouquets by volunteers.
Distribution
Through our charity partner’s outreach programs, these bouquets will be delivered to women in need.

When Elle-Events Management is employed for waste management at events, we ensure all rubbish is correctly recycled and disposed of

Encourage carpooling with staff and event guests
Encourage attendees to use public transportation or bikes in the city centre locations
Encourage shuttle services for larger events
Floral waste
We are working towards zero waste in event and wedding florals by launching Blossom with Elle-Events Management, a floral waste initiative that sees wedding and event florals donated to those in need.
Partnering with florists that source locally and seasonally
Avoid the use of non-biodegradable foam and use other materials, such as chicken wire, for larger installations
